The BC Contact Centre Association exists to serve its members – you, the people and companies that make up the contact centre industry in BC.
Our by-laws clearly lay out our role:
- To support contact centres in the Province of British Columbia with networking, education and training, and to provide a meeting place and/or conduit for such activity.
- To provide educational programs to contact/call centres and to promote the sharing of ideas and, in general, to be a resource to the contact/call centre community.
- To promote the community good with respect to contact/call centres in British Columbia and, where applicable, to work with and toward government initiatives and/or other alliances toward this end.
Our vision is that contact centres in BC are seen as desirable places to work, with rewarding careers for professionals, whatever your individual specialty. |
