Abstract:
Well, with 2 Breakfast Meetings in April alone, and another scheduled for May 19th and much more to come, it's becoming a very busy season! We are so appreciative of Donna Miller, CEO of Contact Centre Canada for taking time out of her busy schedule to share with us all of the work that CCC is currently engaged in. It was great to learn about the various projects underway and understand how those projects will support our industry, both now and in the future....
