Membership is open both to individuals and companies in the contact centre industry.
- As an individual, get access to services that help you advance your career as a professional in the industry.
- As a company, be a good corporate citizen by supporting the services we provide for your employees, and give your organization a higher profile through sponsorship opportunities.
For individuals, we have two types of membership:
- Affiliate membership is open to all individuals with an interest in the BC contact centre industry. It’s free, and you will receive our Newsletter, discounts on services, and other benefits. You do not have voting rights as an Affiliate member.
- Professional membership is open to individuals who want to make a bigger commitment to their contact centre careers and to play a larger role in the running of the Association. In addition to the benefits of Affiliate membership, Professional members receive access to more services, and have voting rights within the Association.

- Professional-level Directory listing
- Access to enhanced Membership Directory
- Eligibility for future certification programs
Corporate member benefits:
- Basic entry in the Membership Directory
- Professional membership for one named individual
