The BC Contact Centre Association supports more than 1500 British Columbia based contact centres. The Association hosts events to support our mission to provide networking and educational opportunities for all of us in the contact centre industry in BC.
- Our regular breakfast meetings provide an opportunity for you to learn from speakers with expertise in the industry. Three recent topics were “How to build a people-focused culture and build positive brand recognition for your contact centre”, “The pros and cons of managing a remote workforce” and “Managing employment issues in the non-union contact centre”.
- The Call Centre Tours have expanded in recent years, and are open only to members. Last year, attendees visited E-Comm Emergency Communications (911), Pacific Blue Cross, BCAA and 1-800-GotJunk, and learned how they delivered excellence to their customers.
- The Association’s annual Gala, Trade Show, and Conference is the centre-piece of the events calendar. We provide a forum for recognizing excellence in the industry, for networking, and for the exchange of learning on the latest trends affecting us.
